Mr. Ricardo Pizarro studied a degree in Industrial Engineering in the University of Cantabria (Spain). After this degree, he coursed a Master in European Engineering in the University of Exeter(UK), where he worked as research staff. When he returned to Spain to be recruited by IBERDROLA to participate in the construction of power plants. On 2004 he changed into the public sector to establish Burgos Energy Agency. Organisation which grew to become the Society of development of the province of Burgos, in which he has the position of General Manager. During this last stage he has coursed different management programs, standing out the Executive Master in Business and Administration of ESADE Business School. In brief Mr. Ricardo Pizarro combines its experience on the fields of academia, private and public companies. Experience which makes him an open minded professional.
